I don’t sell packages off a shelf. Every engagement starts with a conversation about what’s actually going on in your business — then we build from there. Broadly, the work falls into three areas:
- Strategy & Clarity
Finding what actually matters, and cutting the rest. Most businesses aren’t short on ideas — they’re short on focus. I help you see the whole picture clearly enough to know what to do next, and what to leave alone. - Positioning & Messaging
Making sure the market understands you, before another pound goes into marketing that doesn’t land. Twenty-five years across media, politics, and beauty taught me how attention and trust actually get built — I bring that to how you’re positioned and how you talk about what you do. - Process & Implementation
The part most strategy work skips. A plan is only as good as its ability to survive contact with a real business — real teams, real timelines, real constraints. This is where I spend the most time, because it’s where most strategies quietly die.
I take on a limited number of clients at a time, by design — I only work with people and businesses I genuinely believe in.
